He said what???

All of us take comfort or meaning or guidance or direction from a great many things. One of those things is quotable sayings by famous, and not so famous, folks from all walks of life and from all points in time.

Here are just a few of my favorites:
“I am an optimist, it does not seem too much use being anything else”…Sir Winston Churchill
“There is no such thing in anyone’s life as an unimportant day”…Alexander Woollcott
“The harder you work, the luckier you get”…Gary Player
“Hard work without talent is a shame, but talent without hard work is a tragedy”…Robert Half
“I do the very best I know how, the very best I can; and I mean to keep doing so until the end”…Abraham Lincoln
“We learn the rope of life by untying its knots”…Jean Toomer
“You can’t depend on your judgment when your imagination is out of focus”…Mark Twain
“What I do best is share my enthusiasm”…Bill Gates
“Every problem has a gift for you in its hands”…Richard Bach
“Vision without action is merely a dream; Action without vision just passes the time; Vision in action can change the world”…Joel A. Barker
“Ideas are a dime a dozen; People who put them into action are priceless”…I don’t know who said this but I like this one a lot!
