It’s Summer, then it will be Fall. Two wonderful seasons here in Elmhurst! If you go to the Explore Elmhurst website (exploreelmhurst.com) you will find many, many events and opportunities to enjoy our community and all it has to offer. The list is extensive, but I have pulled out a few examples for you to review:

  • “Music at the Gazebo” on Spring Road…Live music as scheduled all Summer long.
  • City Centre Live Concerts on scheduled Wednesdays all Summer long.
  • “June Jazz” on the Elmhurst University Mall…6:30 p.m. on June 18th.
  • “Eat Your Heart Out: Iconic Chicagoland Foods” exhibit opens at the Elmhurst History Museum on June 24th.
  • “Picnic on Park”…Picnic activities on the History Museum Campus…11:30-4:30 p.m. AAUW Used Book Sale: August 4th.
  • “Rock the Block” returns to City Centre on September 9-10.
  • “Beer Fest” returns on September 17 th at the Elmhurst History Museum sponsored by the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation.
  • Elmhurst Chamber Golf Outing at Sugar Creek on September 23rd.

Lots more awaits you on the Explore Elmhurst website, and be aware of the Elmhurst Farmers Market every Wednesday morning…June through October at York &Vallette and the Elmhurst Express Trolley is back running its route June through September 18th.
