It’s Summer, then it will be Fall. Two wonderful seasons here in Elmhurst! If you go to the Explore Elmhurst website ( you will find many, many events and opportunities to enjoy our community and all it has to offer. The list is extensive, but I have pulled out a few examples for you to review:

  • “Music at the Gazebo” on Spring Road…Live music as scheduled all Summer long.
  • City Centre Live Concerts on scheduled Wednesdays all Summer long.
  • “June Jazz” on the Elmhurst University Mall…6:30 p.m. on June 18th.
  • “Eat Your Heart Out: Iconic Chicagoland Foods” exhibit opens at the Elmhurst History Museum on June 24th.
  • “Picnic on Park”…Picnic activities on the History Museum Campus…11:30-4:30 p.m. AAUW Used Book Sale: August 4th.
  • “Rock the Block” returns to City Centre on September 9-10.
  • “Beer Fest” returns on September 17 th at the Elmhurst History Museum sponsored by the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation.
  • Elmhurst Chamber Golf Outing at Sugar Creek on September 23rd.
